How membership works.

Membership is voluntary and is never required for a buyer to apply for down payment assistance. The DPA Transaction Coordinator supports file preparation on the agent's side only and does not review, approve or influence DPA decisions. Member files are reviewed in the same order and under the same standards as all other files. Members receive no buyer leads, no preferred-agent listing and no priority on DPA files. There are no referrals, exclusivity or commission sharing. Program staff alone determine eligibility and funding. DPA counseling through Solita's House is available to every buyer regardless of their agent.
